Patrick J. Scheffler, P.L.S. – President
Mr. Scheffler is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. Mr. Scheffler has 30 years of experience on survey assignments ranging from land surveys through construction staking. As President, Mr. Scheffler is responsible for general management and supervision of Idaho Survey Group, PC. His specific duties include overall supervision of field survey crews and office staff, budgeting, scheduling, providing technical expertise in public works, surveying, property, boundary, right of way matters, and preparation of maps and plats. Mr. Scheffler's responsibilities included project management for design surveys, construction staking, and as built drawings for public and private clients. His experience includes corridor and design surveys for several Idaho Transportation Department projects including a 12 mile corridor survey for designing improvements on I-84 near the Idaho/Oregon border. He has been responsible for the survey and construction phases of the Harris Ranch $60 million Community Infrastructure District project in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Scheffler works closely with civil engineers, public agencies, and private clients through the development of design projects, lending survey expertise as needed. He assigns project managers and team members to specific work orders and closely monitors project schedules and budgets. Mr. Scheffler reviews standards and quality of work products provided to the client.

Gregory Carter, Principal
Project Manager/Project Surveyor
Mr. Carter is a graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology with a degree in Land Surveying and is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in the States of Idaho and Oregon. As a former survey project manager with Hubble Engineering, Inc.'s survey division, and currently with Idaho Survey Group, Mr. Carter has twenty (20) years of experience in land surveying. He has a variety of survey experience in both office and field. His background includes research, boundary analysis, calculations, recording and adjusting field data, plotting information, reviewing for accuracy, and the use of GPS for field solutions. He is especially experienced and proficient in the application of GPS surveying and mapping and computer software programs in the analysis of boundary information. Mr. Carter has been in responsible charge of numerous boundary survey projects involving recovery and identification of Public Land Survey corners and subdivision of sections on southern Idaho area projects as large as 300 acres. Mr. Carter may be assigned as Survey Project Manager for specific project work orders.
